Missing Ticks in SfSlider when localized to German

Hello Support team,

using the Slider control we observed a strange behavior when providing ranges including negative numbers and a fraction as step size for ticks: negative ticks that are not whole numbers (e.g. -0.5) are neither rendered nor are the related events fired for those.

Digging for a cause we noticed that this behavior only appears in specific cases when the Blazor application's Culture is set to German. In some instances we found that a particular combination of SmallStep and LargeStep values gets those ticks rendered. 

Please find attached a sample that we used to provide the screenshot above.
Could you please try to reproduce that behavior yourself or advise how to bypass this issue?
