Rows cannot be selected in touch devices when allowRowDragAndDrop is used

Replication steps:

  1. Open Chrome developer tools and enable "iPad Pro" in the device toolbar
     (https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/device-mode)
    .
  2. Select a row in the grid with the simulated touch.
  3. Result: Row is not selected.
Also the attached video demonstrates the difference in the behavior with the allowRowDragAndDrop enabled and disabled. Rows get selected when pressing arrow down and up keys with the keyboard.
