Provide an Option in DropDownTreeField to Control Node Selection in Blazor Dropdown Tree

Introduce a new option in the DropDownTreeField settings of the Blazor Dropdown Tree component to control node selection behavior. This will allow to specify which nodes should be selectable, enabling greater flexibility in configuring selection logic based on application needs.
