enableMultiTaskbar and allowTaskbarOverlap enabled, dragging a parent task doesn't expand it

When enableMultiTaskbar and allowTaskbarOverlap are set to true, and the Gantt chart is initially loaded with multi-level parent tasks in a collapsed state, dragging and dropping a parent taskbar causes it to expand temporarily. However, after collapsing it again, dragging and dropping the same parent taskbar does not expand it anymore. We have attached a sample and a video for reference.
