Create a new feature for Partial Event Updates in Scheduler

Introduce a built-in utility method in the Scheduler component to support partial updates of individual events. This method would allow users to update specific properties without rebinding the full data source or triggering a complete re-render.

Why this matters

  • ✅ Avoids full dataset rebinding

  • ✅ Reduces UI flickering and DOM workload

  • ✅ Improves responsiveness on large datasets (we manage 1,000+ events and 100+ grouped resources)

  • ✅ Matches typical real-world scheduling behavior (small frequent changes, not full replacements)
