Provide Smooth Transitions During Drag and Drop of Cards in Kanban with Virtualization

Description:

Currently, dragging and dropping cards within the Kanban board appears slightly flickery when virtualization is enabled. Therefore, support for smooth transitions during drag-and-drop operations is needed to enhance the user experience
