When the critical path is enabled dynamically with virtualization, a delay occurs in taskbar rendering

The user attempted dynamic data binding and enabled the critical path dynamically. In this case, taskbar rendering experiences a delay, and only the spinner is visible during this time. We have attached a sample and video for your reference.
