After rendering a Toast with a Dialog as its target, destroying (closing) the Dialog prevents further toasts from being displayed, even if attempting to show the toast with the original or a new target.
Replication Procedure:
Click "Step 1 - Show Toast" → A toast appears as expected in the main area.
Click "Step 2 - Open Dialog" → Dialog opens.
Inside dialog, click "Step 3 - Show Toast With Dialog Target" → Toast appears in dialog as expected.
Close the dialog by clicking the close icon. Dialog is destroyed.
Click "Step 1 - Show Toast" again → Toast is NOT displayed.
Reopen the dialog and try Step 3 → Dialog toast is NOT displayed.
Expected Output Toast should be displayed after dialog is closed/destroyed, regardless of prior target, consistent with JavaScript/EJ2 behavior.
Current Output Toast does not appear after dialog is closed, regardless of which target is used for the toast, until the page is refreshed.
