Add the "Insert" tab to Spreadsheet ribbon

It would be useful if the built-in spreadsheet ribbon included an Insert tab to insert charts and hyperlinks. Currently hyperlinks can be added from the Data tab, which is not consistent with Excel, and charts can only be loaded or created programmatically.
