Need to fix the single column exceed the chart area on using datetime category axis

Replication Procedure:

            1 - Run the sample.

         2 - Inspect the column check path.

         3- Value started from negative.

Expected Behavior: The path should rendered inside the series clip rect.

Actual Behavior: Now the path rendered outside to the series clip rect.
