Provide auto-scroll support to the pre-selected node when the popup is opened

Need to provide a support for automatically expanding a node (if it is in a collapsed state) and scrolling to a specific node item (similar to the autoscroll or ensureVisible feature in a TreeView) for a preselected value when the Blazor dropdown popup is opened.
