Support for Formula Tab in SfSpreadsheetRibbon

The Spreadsheet ribbon currently does not include a Formula tab for displaying the list of available formulas. Support for a Formula tab should be provided in the SfSpreadsheetRibbon, similar to Excel, to allow users to easily view and insert formulas.
