Zooming slow down while performing zoomin and zoomout

Zooming slow down while performing zoomin and zoomout.

Replication Procedure:

           1 - DevTools -> Performance and set CPU throttling to 6x

         2 - Perform zoomin and zoom out

         3- The lag will feels. 

Expected Behavior: Performance issue should not occur.

Actual Behavior: Performance issue occur when we performing zooming action in chart component.
