Provide support to disable user interaction on the DataGridCheckBoxColumn

When setting AllowEditing="False", the DataGridCheckBoxColumn should prevent any user interaction. Specifically, the checkboxes should not be editable or clickable, ensuring that users cannot toggle their state.
