Custom loading icons

Unfortunately, the spinner isn't available until the rest of the application loads and seems intended more for populating forms while waiting for content to load. I'd like to see a loading mechanism similar to that of the loading indicator in Blazorise that I can outfit with my own svg file with its own built-in animation and specify to display while the Blazor app is otherwise loading.
