When using ShowClearButton as false, the mask is not working properly

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Select any time.
  3. Now focus out the component.
  4. Again, focus in at the last.

Expected Output:  AM should be selected

Current Output:  Cursor is placed in the last position.
