Having a dummy Formitem in Data Form

Very often the build of a multicolumn Data Form needs that a column remain blank and the next field goes in the new line (eg. in the below sample I want that the Published flag goes in the third line)
It is true that I can columnspan on of the previous field but a "fake/dummy" empty placeholder would be better
I try with a FormItem with a empty template and no Field but the field is mandatory
