Provide support for drag selection-related events

The user set AllowDragAndDrop to true with the selection mode as Row and type as Multiple, and AllowDragSelection as false. In this case, drag selection is enabled, so it needs to be restricted using events. 
Need to provide support for drag selection event's. We have attached the event details from the Grid API for reference.
