Redaction Fill Color Opacity Issue in Development

In development, when the redaction fill color is applied along with the opacity of the redaction annotation, the opacity is being assigned to the redaction fill color. However, in Adobe, the opacity is applied only to the Appearance fill color. Additionally, after redacting the redaction annotation with opacity, the redaction color changes.
