Support for packed bubble chart

Need to provide support for packed bubble chart which displays values as circles (or "bubbles") packed closely together without overlapping. Each bubble represents a data point, and its size corresponds to a specific value, making it ideal for comparing proportions or volumes across categories. This chart type is especially useful for visualizing hierarchical or grouped data in an engaging and space-efficient manner.
