Full width AlphaNumeric are not prevented properly when there is no value

When entering full width AlphaNumeric in numeric textbox, the numeric textbox is not preventing this character. This issue is replicated only when there is no preselect value to the component.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Install Japanese Language.
  3. Click the ENG and switch to Japanese.

  1. Now right click on A and switch to Full Width AlphaNumeric.
  2. Now type alphabet in the keyboard

Expected Output:  After focusing out the value should prevent

Current Output:  Value is maintained
