Support to preserve text effects (shadow, outline, reflection, glow) in DOCX to HTML conversion

Text effects such as shadow, outline, reflection and glow are used for WordArt or standalone effects, it seems they are not currently reproduced when converting a DocIO document (mostly DOCX) to HTML.
