Dialog Misalignment When Setting target to body and enabling isModal in the open Event

We reviewed the reported scenario: when dynamically setting the Dialog's target to body and enabling isModal in the open event, the Dialog incorrectly appears at the bottom right of the screen instead of centered. This scenario is reproducible in version 29.1.33, while it functions correctly in 28.2.12.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the provided samples.
  2. Click the “Open Dialog” button.
  3. Observe that the Dialog opens at the bottom right of the screen.

Expected Output:

 The Dialog should be centered on the page.
