Tooltip cant seem to close in a way that passes as args.IsInteracted true

when I go to close this tooltip, either with escape key, or with the built-in syncfusion close button, my Tooltip_OnClose method never makes it past the args.IsInteracted guard clause so the last card to have shown a tooltip is still highlighted as if its tooltip were still open . args.IsInteracted value always is false.


Replication procedure:

·                Run the sample

·                Click the button, close the tooltip. Check the Tooltip_OnClose event​


Actual : args.IsInteracted is false

Expected: args.IsInteracted is true
