Single page layout mode, lock page change when zoomed in

Hello, the previous bug report about page jumping to next page when zoomed in on a page was fixed, but the behavior is somehow 'annoying' especially on landscape pages when not zoomed all the way so that height occupies all the view area, when side scrolling, the page will jump to next or previous page depending if you side scroll a little diagonally. Before the bug fix bottom page scrolling when zoomed worked perfectly, it stayed locked on current page no mater how many times I scroll to bottom, now for both top and bottom scroll when zoomed, on the second touch of top or bottom it will jump to the other page.
If it is the wanted behavior, for me it seems  counter intuitive for single page layout, as I need to read just the selected page when zoomed.
