Issue with Duplicate Change Event Trigger When Opening Dialog from DatePicker Change Event

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Close the dialog
  3. Now select any date from the datepicker

Expected Output:  Change event should trigger only once.

Current Output:  Change event is triggered twice.
