Support for TryGetValues method to verify and retrieve custom values in annotations

In the present implementation, an exception is raised if one tries to access custom data that is unavailable. Moreover, our library lacks an API to verify the existence of a custom value. There is no available workaround to check the annotation value in the PDF. To address this, we need to implement the TryGetValues API.
