RowDragAndDrop Under itself causes Visual Bugs

Hello Syncfusion Team,

I am experiencing a bug where if I drag and drop a task as a child task of itself, it causes some visual bugs after trying to add a new task to the Gantt Chart. The bug that you see in the video shows that the Expand / Collapse carrots getting completely removed next to the ID column.

I have also noticed that attempting to perform a GanttRefresh and calling "StateHasChanged" causes even more issues after this bug is encountered.
