Row Virtualization combined with RowDragAndDrop causes a null exception

Hello Syncfusion Team,

I am getting an error that seems to occur when I have "EnableRowVirtualization" toggled along with "RowDragAndDrop" Note: This seems to occur regardless of what I set the "PageSize" and "OverscanCount" to.

This bug can be replicated by attempting to drag the task at the bottom of the Gantt Chart underneath where it is currently placed. Please see the video I am attaching for reference. A snapshot of the code I used to encounter this bug can be found at the 5 second mark. Thank you!
