Blank space is added on scrolling after we resize the popup

We've noticed that blank space appears when scrolling after resizing the popup. This issue occurs in all modes when enableVirtualization is turned on

Replication Procedure:
  1. Run the sample
  2. Resize the popup
  3. Scroll the popup
  4. You can see the issue
