Support to hide primary y axis while toggling legend

Currently, when toggling the legend, only the secondary Y-axis linked to the corresponding series is hidden. The primary Y-axis remains visible regardless of the toggle. We now need to add support for hiding the primary Y-axis when its associated series is toggled via the legend.
