Need to correct the header template rendering action for the separator query builder sample

Need to correct the header template rendering action by passing the proper rule value for the header template argument for the sample of the separator query builder. We need to differ the and/or rule header and add a condition and add group buttons in the group header template in the header template feature of the query builder.
