Provide an API to retrieve image bytes from picture fill of a shape in a DOCX document.

If a shape has a picture fill, the image bytes of that picture fill can be retrieved using this API.


Note: You can track this feedback for both .NET Framework, .NET Core (cross platform) and latest target.
