Multiple Request has been made to dropdownlist component only in WASM project

Note: This issue specifically occurs only in the blazor WASM project


Replication Steps:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open the Network tab
  3. Now open the popup

Expected Behavior: You can see the request has made

Actual Behavior: Unnecessary request shouldn’t made.
