Currently, when `AllowAppointmentDrag` is enabled, touching an appointment immediately triggers the drag operation, preventing users from performing swipe actions on the appointment. This enhancement proposes to initiate the drag functionality only after the user long-presses an appointment. This change will allow swipe actions to function as expected, even when `AllowAppointmentDrag` is enabled.
