Support to prevent the popup from resizing when the keyboard is opened or closed

Implement support to prevent the popup from resizing or repositioning when the keyboard is opened or closed. This feature would ensure that the popup maintains its original size, regardless of the keyboard’s visibility.

Observed Behavior:

Popup is resized whenever the keyboard is opened/closed.

Expected Behavior: 

Popup should not get resized or positioned whenever the keyboard is opened or closed.
