Quickly dragging in TreeView occasionally picks up the adjacent item

When using the Drag and Drop feature in the TreeView component, you can occasionally select the wrong (adjacent) item if you drag fast enough. For users that are quick with using drag and drop features this can result in unexpected results and damage the user experience.

This can be reproduced easily using the syncfusion playground by creating a treeview with drag and drop enabled.
