All Corner Resizing for Custom Annotations in Image Editor

Enable support for all four corner resizing handles for custom annotations like labels and images in the Image Editor. Currently, only the bottom-right corner is available, which resizes height and width together. Users need independent resizing from all corners, similar to shape annotations.
