Need to provide support for Programmatically Triggering the File Upload Dialog in a Blazor Without JS Interop

Need to provide support for programmatically trigger the file upload dialog (i.e., open the file picker) using a button click without relying on any JavaScript Interop or direct DOM manipulation.
