Paste action not working when dynamically enabling Masked TextBox

Description:

When the MaskedTextBox is dynamically enabled, the paste action does not work as expected.

Replication Steps:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Copy the number.
  3. Now click on the button to enable the masked textbox.
  4. Now paste the number into the second Masked Textbox.

Expected Behavior: Value should be paste

Actual Behavior: Value is not paste
