Different behaviour when enableGroupCheckbox is enabled

When enableGroupCheckbox is set as true for the MultiSelectComponent :

Select the "All" option and click outside of the dropdown, then click back into the dropdown.

It will scroll to the bottom of the list. 

If you disable this prop, it will stay at the top of the list.
