Add support for a dropdown menu in the CustomToolbarItemModel

In the existing case, we have only added the custom toolbar under the default toolbar category. To add a custom toolbar as a dropdown, we need to add an extra property and a collection to determine the category of the new item, as well as the list of dropdown names and their corresponding icons.
