Windows: Combo box selection popup not displayed correctly / overlapping

Opening attached pdf in pdf viewer and scrolling down to section "8. Folgetermin" the following issued occur:
- Clicking combo box "Ab Genehmigung" it seems that the popup is displayed behind the edit fields above in section "7. Sonstiges"
- Clicking then on another combo box does not close the selection popup of the first one
