Unable to open the timepopup and it throws console error when we using locale property

 

Sample: Localization-with-static-culture.zip


Replication procedure:

  • Run the sample
  • Open the timepicker popup
  • You can see the issue in console 

Actual: Unable to open the timepopup and it throws console error when we using locale property

Expected: TimePicker popup should open properly without any console errors.
