SfTabView Incorrect Sizing / Borders

Hi,

We've upgraded from NET8 Syncfusion 26 to Net 9 Syncfusion 28. Before the tabs are separated from the content by a black border. There is also a uniform black border around the tab view. 

The uniform border is now missing. Additionally, there is a thick black border on the right (only happens when you navigate to the right tab not the left). The background of the page is also black. Perhaps SfTabView isn't displaying a black border but the sizing is wrong and its showing the background behind it ?
