Single layout mode, zoomed in jumps to previous page when scroll to top of the page

Hello,

Using single layout mode, I zoom in on a pdf page (other then page 1), if I try to scroll down it will stay locked on the current page, which is expected and correct behavior, but if I scroll up, when I reach the top of the page stays locked like the bottom behavior until I lift my finger of the screen, then it jumps to previous page, which makes it almost impossible to look at the top of the page when zoomed in.

If this is intended behavior, is there a toggle or option to make it work as I expected ?
