When the value is null, it still displays 12:00 when the mask is enabled

When the value is null, it still displays 12:00 when the mask is enabled 

This issue is not related to ngModel even the issue occurs with value property. This issue occurs when we set the maskPlaceholder as { hour: '00', minute: '00' } otherwise the issue does not occurs.
