Localization support for accessibility semantics in DateRangePicker UI elements

Current behavior:

Currently, when setting the SfDateRangePicker to a non-English locale (e.g., pt_BR), most visible UI elements are localized correctly. However, accessibility services such as VoiceOver (iOS) or TalkBack (Android) still announce day cells and navigation elements (like previous/next arrows) in English, regardless of the selected locale.

Expected behavior:

All accessibility-related semantics for the SfDateRangePicker—including day cells, navigation arrows, and any other interactive or descriptive UI elements, should respect the selected locale setting (e.g., pt_BR for Portuguese). VoiceOver and TalkBack should announce the relevant content in the corresponding language, ensuring a fully localized and accessible experience for users.
