Currently, when there is insufficient space between the segment and the chart boundary, the data label is automatically moved inside to prevent overlapping. At the same way needs an option to control auto position within the segment boundaries. (ex: if label was inside with auto, it the labels exceed with data point boundaries, it should go to outside placement.)
