Provide support for Umm al-Qura Calendar in Flutter Date Range Picker (SfDateRangePicker)

Current Behavior:

In Flutter, currently we have support only for the HijriDateRangePicker. We do not have support for the Umm al-Qura Calendar in Flutter Date Range Picker.

 

Expected Behavior:

Need to provide support for Umm al-Qura Calendar in Flutter Date Range Picker.

 

Note: Umm al-Qura Claendar is available in Syncfusion Maui Date Picker.
